My work is rooted in helping people understand what they are already experiencing — through energy, presence, and Silent Language®.

Registered Nurse | Creator of Silent Language® | Intuitive Guide | Speaker | Author
Emily is the creator of Silent Language®, a method for understanding how Energy communicates through the body, intuition, nature, patterns, and everyday experience.
For more than two decades, she has combined her experience as a registered nurse with her study of energy work, intuitive practices, nature, and holistic wellbeing. Her work helps people develop greater awareness, self-trust, and connection to themselves and the world around them.
My Path
For years, I found myself noticing things others didn’t speak about.
Patterns. Shifts in energy. What people were feeling beneath their words.
Over time, I realized this wasn’t something outside of us — it was something we all have access to. We’re just not taught how to recognize it.
This work has shaped my life and my work. It’s what I return to, and now share with others.
My Approach
I don’t believe in one right way.
I believe in slowing down, tuning in, and learning to trust what is already within you.
My role is to hold space, listen deeply, and help you see what you may not be able to see on your own.
∴
I listen beyond words.
We work with what’s felt, not just what’s said.
∴
I help you recognize your own wisdom.
So you can move through life with more clarity and trust.
∴
I honor your experience.
Your path. Your timing. Your truth.
∴
I believe in simple, consistent practices.
Small moments of awareness create real change.

What Guides My Work
Everything is Energy.
Energy is always communicating. Silent Language® is how we learn to hear and understand that communication. When we do, life becomes more clear, connected, and grounded.
