It is so easy to jump in our Monday mornings with speed, and a repetitive routine, and then by the weekend (or maybe later Monday afternoon) the sense of busyness and disconnect with Self takes over and we are praying for the weekend to start.
Instead of waiting and hoping the weekend helps us slow down let’s start the week together!
Each Monday morning, before the busyness begins, we will carve out a space just for You—to Reflect, Breathe, and start your week Grounded and Centered.

Where is it?
Every Monday morning @ 6:00 am CST a new Monday Message will be posted.
Grab your coffee, or tea, throw on your robe!
When is it?
A desire to start your week with a sense of grounding and reflection, and a journal if you enjoy notes to refer back to.
(Journal is not required but I find often helpful to have available as many of these messages are going to ignite your Inner Self)

Each Monday is recorded and posted that day to the membership platform for you to have replay access at anytime.
Each week will have a specific message, a short mediation or reflection, and thoughts for the week ahead.
